Given the bulky and fragile nature of cabinetry and vanity units, each item is carefully packaged with thick foam padding, sturdy cardboard boxes, and edge protectors to prevent scratches, dents, and structural damage during transit. Smaller items like storage pull-out baskets are securely wrapped and boxed to avoid shifting and damage. All hardware and assembly parts are sealed and included inside the main packaging to prevent loss.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey in real time from our warehouse to your delivery address. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 5–7 business days, while international orders generally take 12–20 business days for delivery. Extended international timelines are due to customs clearance procedures, oversized freight handling, and cross-border logistics protocols for large furniture items. Please note these are estimated delivery windows, and unforeseen delays may arise from severe weather, strict customs inspections, holiday order backlogs, or disruptions with third-party shipping carriers. We are not liable for delays caused by external carriers or customs authorities, but we will assist with tracking updates and issue resolution to minimize inconvenience.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on delivery location, package weight, dimensions, and oversized item surcharges for large cabinets and vanities. We periodically offer free shipping promotions on orders that meet a specified minimum purchase value; current promotions are displayed prominently on our homepage for easy reference. For international customers, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost, and we cannot predict or cover these fees.
